I WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE MY GIFT WRAP SHEETS UNFOLDED… IS THIS POSSIBLE?

Yes! During checkout, when choosing from the delivery options, select 'POSTAL TUBE' (£8.95)

If the same order includes other smaller items, like gift tags and greeting cards, we'll automatically send them to you in a large board backed envelope along with the rolled sheets for no extra fee.

Please note: all wrapping sheets are sent folded by default - you must select the correct option during checkout to ensure your gift wrap is sent unfolded

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Shaven Raven Designs accepts a range of payment methods: Paypal, debit card and credit card (Mastercard and Visa). These options are shown during checkout.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

Standard delivery to UK postal addresses start at £4.65. Expedited services i.e. via Parcelforce or 'Royal Mail Signed For' start at £5.95. View the complete list of delivery options here 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, usually within 24 hours. If your order is urgent, please email us (with your order details) and we will endeavour to grant your request although during our busier times this is not guaranteed.

HOW LONG DO DELIVERIES TAKE?

Items sent via courier or Special Delivery: 1 working day. Standard delivery via Royal Mail is estimated 1-3 days from the day items are shipped. We will notify you via email once your order is sent out.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! Just add items to your cart then select your territory from the shipping options during checkout.

DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE?

CAN I PICK MY ORDER UP IN PERSON?

Yes! From February 2025, we are scheduled to attend events in Bristol, Brighton, Norwich and across London. Follow us on Instagram to find out which pop-ups and markets Shaven Raven Designs will be appearing at next!
You'll be able to order your item online and select 'PICK-UP' from the options at checkout. We'll be sure to contact you beforehand with all the details you'll need to collect your items.

I MADE A MISTAKE WHILE ORDERING - CAN I CHANGE IT?

Absolutely! These things happen! Email mail@shavenravendesigns.co.uk or send us a message via the form on our contact page stating the error as soon as you can (don’t forget to include the order number that was generated post-checkout) and we’ll amend things on our end.
